Module objectives/intended learning outcomes | General Competence (Knowledge) Bing able to apply basic concepts of mathematics to solve mathematical problems related to finance, economics and business. Specific Competence : students are able to 1. Determine simple interest, compound interest, effective interest, and annuity. 2. Apply concept of function derivative to solve mathematical problem related to economics. 3. Determine optimum of a two-variable function (non-constrained optimization and constrained optimization). | ||||||||||||||
