This event, organized by the Research Operations and Computation (ROK) Group, took place on Saturday, October 9, 2021, via Zoom.<\/p>\n\n<p>The event opened with remarks from Dr. Fatmawati, M.Si., Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Science and Technology. In her speech, Dr. Fatmawati expressed the hope that this activity would benefit students, lecturers, and the Mathematics Study Program. &#8220;We hope that the guest lecture can provide insights not only for students but also for lecturers. He further illustrated the concept by comparing the speed of two animals: a slow snail and a fast cheetah. If &#8220;slow&#8221; is valued at 0 and &#8220;fast&#8221; at 1, there should be an animal with a speed between the snail and the cheetah, valued between 0 and 1.
