This endeavor ensures that lecturers actively contribute to knowledge development and problem-solving within their respective fields. To cultivate a conducive scientific environment within the academic sphere, initiatives are crucial to establish scientific forums serving as platforms for research dissemination and fostering scientific enthusiasm among lecturers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In line with this objective, the Mathematics Department at the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR), organized a \u201cResearch Sharing\u201d activity exclusively attended by lecturers from the Mathematics Department. This event, held on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, featured Dr. Siti Humaira, a doctoral lecturer in Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA) at FST UNAIR, who specializes in Algebra. Responding to inquiries about the practical applications of the research, she elaborated, \u201cGiven the pure mathematical nature of this research, the concepts derived may not be directly applicable to industrial problems. However, they will facilitate the resolution of several mathematical challenges associated with real-world problems.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this initiative, there is an optimistic outlook that it will kindle the enthusiasm of Mathematics Department lecturers to persist in generating exemplary research aligned with their specific areas of interest.
