Difandi Wahyu Hibatur Rahman and his team clinched a silver medal at the World Young Inventors Exhibition (WYIE) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This event, a segment of The International Invention, Innovation, and Technology Exhibition (ITEX) 2022, is organized by the Malaysian Invention and Design Society (MINDS). Difandi Wahyu Hibatur Rahman and his team showcased their innovative creation titled “Cigarette Filter Modification Based on Nanozyme and Carbon to Reduce the Risk of Lung Damage Due to Cigarettes”.
Furthermore, Difandi Wahyu Hibatur Rahman secured the second position in the Community Development-based Sociopreneur Competition organized by PT PLN (Persero) and the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation in 2022. His venture, “Fresh and Healthy in Every Sip”, specializes in the food and beverage sector, offering whipped avocado drink products sourced from local farmers in Lawang and Pasuruan.
Universitas Airlangga recognizes and rewards entrepreneurial endeavours among its students. Siti Indah Sari, Siti Aisyah, and Filza Faradila Azzahra received recognition under the 2022 Entrepreneurial Student Program.
Additionally, Anggita Dwi Sulistiani secured the second position in an essay competition hosted by Universitas Negeri Surabaya, delving into the theme of the younger generation’s contribution to public service advancement and the digital economy through information technology.
