Counseling |
Counseling Guidance Services are organized by the University level Counseling Guidance Unit, namely the Institute for Assessment and Development of Applied Psychology (LP3T). This unit provides psychological counseling for students which cannot be done by academic supervisors (Guardian Lecturers). At the PS level, guidance and counseling is carried out by guardian lecturers. This service is very useful to help overcome student problems, especially the problem of increasing academic achievement, how to adapt to the campus environment and also non-academic problems such as family problems that might affect the student learning process and this is done on average 3-5 meetings per semester. |

Interests and Talents (Extracurricular) |
Extracurricular services for students are provided by:
- Student Activity Units (UKM), both at the University, Faculty, and study program levels.
- Directorate of student affairs, freshmen are required to join at least 2 UKM from UKMs in UNAIR.
- The study program also conducts Olympic coaching, writing scientific papers.
With this service, students have achieved several achievements in their interests including art, sports, and reasoning (Standard 3.1.3). |

Development of Softskills |
Softskills development is organized by the student affairs section in collaboration with the supervisor of the department’s student association. This coaching includes: intra-curricular (this activity is integrated into each course which is used as one of the components of the final score for each course), co-curricular (in the learning process this activity is in the form of assignments or homework or other actions related to intra-curricular material that must be completed by students, PPKMB coaching, new student orientation), and extracurriculars (these activities are integrated into UKM-UKM). Softskills development is organized by the student affairs section in collaboration with the supervisor of the department’s student association. At the PS level, each new student is provided with training to improve soft skills (problem solving skills, worldview of work, ability to think creatively and logically). With this activity, new students have produced several scientific works that are contested, such as PKM (Student Creativity Program) and KKTM (Student Writing Competition).Soft skills development at the university level is held by the Center for Career and Entrepreneurship Development (PPKK). |

Scholarship |
Scholarship services are carried out centrally at the Directorate of Student Affairs at the University and at the Faculty level coordinated by the student affairs sub-division. Most PS students have received scholarships, including less fortunate students. This scholarship can improve the implementation and sustainability of student studies, and at the same time increase their academic achievement. Scholarship data can be seen in Table C.4 and Table C.5 of the Self-Evaluation Appendix |

Health |
Health services for students are centered at PLK (Health Service Center) on both campus B and campus C, conducted from 08-00 to 20.00, and equipped with adequate facilities and infrastructure including the presence of a doctor every day. For certain activities that require medical personnel, the Polyclinic recruits staff from FKG and FK. Students get affordable medical services and for certain types of diseases (ARI diseases) treatment is free of charge (free). This shows that health services are carried out very well. If necessary, sick students can also be referred to Airlangga University Hospital. |

Internet Service |
To regulate internet services and information systems in the faculty is carried out by the Information Systems Unit (USI). This service is intended for students in the form of providing wifi or lan to access the internet. Not all internet/website content can be accessed by students, because those websites which are deemed inappropriate for access have been protected by the Directorate of Information Systems (DSI). With this service students are assisted in finding references for coursework, teaching materials, and interacting with lecturers in lectures that use e-learning media to support lectures and thesis completion. |

Computer Laboratory |
Computer laboratory services are intended for students outside the class schedule to support lecture assignments and thesis work. By utilizing the computer laboratory, students are expected to have competencies that are in accordance with expectations in achieving the PS profile. |

Training/Development of Student Creativity Program (PKM) and Olympiads |
Student Creativity Program (PKM) training for students is given to new students as part of the PPKMB program which is mandatory for all new UNAIR students. The results of the training are in the form of PKM proposals to be competed at the national level. For proposals that are funded, assistance will be given in preparation for the PIMNAS selection. If the report is accepted as a PIMNAS participant, coaching will be carried out to get the best results in PIMNAS. One group of mathematics students was selected as one of the PIMNAS finalists which was held at Univ. Hello Kendari.Intensive coaching of students in the PS in order to take part in the Mathematics Olympiad, National Level. From the results of this coaching, students won second place in OSN in Yogyakarta. |

Student Assistance |
Assistance for new students who program basic courses is carried out outside lecture hours coordinated by the Faculty continuously at the beginning of each new school year. This activity is to bridge students’ initial knowledge that has been obtained while in high school with subjects or culture at tertiary institutions, so that this activity functions to support lectures which include deepening, enrichment and psychologically students. |
