Students can determine the distribution of the random variable that determined

 

Specific Competence :

Students are:

1. Being able to calculate the probability

2. Being able to determine pdf for a random variable

3. Being able to determine the special distribution

4. Being able to determine the distribution of two random variables

5. Being able to determine CDF and MGF of the distribution of random variable

6. Being able to determine the distribution of random variable transformation

7. Being able to determine the distribution of order statistics

8. Being able to determine the estimation of the distribution parameters of the random variable

 

Content:

This course is delivered by means of lectures and discussion on the matter of probability, PDF random variables, special distribution, the distribution of two random variables, CDF and MGF of the distribution of the random variable, the distribution of random variables transformation, distribution of order statistics, parameter estimation distribution of the random variable

Students are considered to be competent and pass if at least get 40of Final score.

Final score (NA) is calculated as follow:

10% score of softskill + 20% assignment+ 30% UTS+ 40% UAS
